Hired for a sauna installation but paid deposit for materials. After constant delays, he turned up without materials and only completed a minor £80 job. We mutually agreed to cancel. He promised a £320 refund in writing multiple times, most recently for 5 June, but has broken every deadline and ghosted us. Still waiting to get my money back. Avoid.
